Support Banks

These are prepaid blocks of time the client uses for assistance.

  • Client takes ownership for success of the project
  • We serve as best-practice advisors as the client sets up the software
  • We can assist with Workflow Process Development
  • We can train users as needed and under direction of the client
  • Support documentation can be provided at an additional cost
  • Integration support can be included in the support bank
  • Cost is based on three, five and eight-hour blocks of time purchased
  • The support banks never expire, and may be used in as short as 15-minute increments

Prices are:

  • $500 three hours
  • $800 five hours
  • $1,200 eight hours

Project Lead

This is a fixed-fee agreement whereby we provide a full fleet of services to get the client up and running on the software:

  • We take ownership for the success of the project from beginning to end
  • Conduct Workflow Process Development to analyze current processes and adapt to the software
  • Map out processes and help define the roles and tasks of all users
  • Train all users in the tasks they need to accomplish
  • Provide documentation, such as workflow diagrams and worker instructions on processes
  • Consulting on manufacturing and inventory processes, like taking physical inventory counts
  • Accounting integration
  • Third-party software integration
  • Projects can take anywhere from 40 to over 100 hours depending upon training time, workflow process development and number of integrations.
