We recommend a couple of choices for guiding your company in payroll processing.  Intuit Payroll is the standard for most companies’ payroll processing needs.  For most clients we recommend either Intuit’s Enhanced Payroll or Assisted Payroll.  With Enhanced Payroll, you can print out the checks and reports, but are responsible for making the tax deposits.  If that scares you, we recommend Intuit’s Assisted Payroll which still gives you the flexibility of check writing and report generation, but the Intuit staff is responsible (and guarantees) the tax payments will be made accurately and on time.
